Submit your request for the founding membership offer and our Customer Service Team will follow up to help finalize your setup for the selected studio.

Before You Apply

Please make sure you already have a Body Alive account with a credit card on file. If you need one, you can sign in or create your account here.

You'll need to upload a photo of your driver's license or identification card so our team can verify your eligibility.

Choose the coming soon studio where you want your founding membership. Founding membership requests are studio specific.

Your selected promotion will be charged to the card on file after review. Kentucky members are charged applicable 6% sales tax.
