Hot Body Challenge
Hot Body Challenge is our top-rated Hot Fitness™ class. This workout is unlike any other and is designed to tone and strengthen muscles, increase cardiovascular endurance and core strength. During this 45-60 minute, high-intensity class at 102°, expect to lunge, kick, squat, and punch your way to your strongest self. The class consists of 65% strength work and 35% cardio.

Dynamic Bar Evolved
Hot Dynamic Body Bar
Move over, bar class; there's an upgrade in town! Using a weighted bar in a heated room, this dynamic class does all the bar moves you love on your mat without needing to head to the wall! Using your bar for arm work, deep leg work, and all-body-strengthening movements, HDBB will intensely work all major muscle groups. Bar and weights provided, done barefoot.
